Herbology 手帳

I've been jotting herb notes on scraps of paper for years, so having one dedicated spot to log healing properties and traditional uses feels great. The layout leaves room for personal experiences alongside the reference info, which is exactly what I wanted.

The pages have just enough room to note each herb's traditional uses alongside my own results, which is exactly what I wanted. I started with chamomile and ended up filling three entries in one sitting.

I've been using this to jot down how each herb actually affects me, and having a dedicated spot for healing properties next to my own notes makes it way more useful than a blank notebook. The layout keeps traditional uses and personal experiences side by side, which is exactly what I needed.
